50 cent has got a new commercial for the new fragrance Pure 50 RGX Bodyspray by Right Guard. Guess since everyone is hopping on his Vitamin Water gig he decided to take it into a different direction. Check it out below...

A CHANCE AT LOVE...

VH1's I Love Money is underway as it debuted with an hour and a half episode with people from Flavor of Love, I Love New York, and Rock of Love. If you hadn't noticed or paid any mine Chance and his brother real are back in action. Well if you ladies want to get at Chance and I am sure many of you do....there is word he is getting his own show called A Chance At Love. Yes, another show just like the rest...sorry for those of you sick of them, but this is the word out.

USHERS NOT HAPPY W/ ALBUM SALES

Don't let the smile on Usher's face fool you, he isn't happy in the slighest when it comes to his album sales.

The NY Daily News is reporting that Usher is pissed at his latest album Here I Stand selling only 433,000 in first week sales, that "He threatened to fire everyone." Check out the report below: "People have been telling Usher to listen to his mother," says a source. "Nobody knows how to sell him better than she does. Usher can be stubborn. But he may be ready." Some claim Usher pink-slipped his mom because she failed to show proper deference to his stylist-turned-girlfriend-turned-wife, Tameka Foster. But now that Foster has given her a grandson, the two ladies are said to be getting along better. Usher, for one, denies he fired his mom. Rather, he tells Vibe, "[I paid her] the ultimate compliment - to retire her to be a full-time grandmother." Patton has actually been busy running her own record label and managing other artists, including Usher’s brother, Jlack. But sources say that if Usher cries momma, she's there for him.

We say..he deserved that one! The album really wasn't all that. We didn't buy it over here...sorry Usher. It is evident a lot of you didn't bother to purchase it either. He coulda came a little better with it. Maybe next time.

MARIAH GRACES ELLE MAGAZINE

So Mariah is gracing the cover of Elle Magazine. She had a lil something to say abouther marriage to Nick Cannon: "We really kept the whole relationship aspect of it quiet, therefore, we didn’t really 'date,' you know what I mean? Because that would have been not quiet or private. I think we didn't want to give people a chance to be like, ‘What are you doing? What are you talking about? This is so quick... are you sure?"

USHER ON ESSENCE MAG W/ SON

Usher and his cute son Usher V are on the cover of the Essence Magazine, the August 2008 issue. Here is what Usher had to say:
“He’s gonna admire me, he’s gonna look up to me. He’s gonna say, ‘I wanna be’ or he should say - ‘I wanna be like my father.”
When asked about his marriage to Tameka, Usher responds, “They think that it was forced. I’ve heard a lot of comments like, “Oh, she trapped him.” “He got a baby by her, and then she’s married and she’s set for life. No. She wasn’t pregnant when I asked her to marry me. There’s some sort of huge conspiracy over this, the fact that I made these choices in my life. No I grew older. As a man, I have to take responsibility and take a hold of my life. I’m accountable for what happens to my life now.”

Seems like hes really happy and can't wait to make his son into a mini him..litteraly. Seems like he is really defending his wifey. Well that is what a husband is suppossed to do..be there and stick up for his wife...so you go Usher!

RUSSELL & PORSCHLA SPLIT UP?

Seems like Russell Simmons and Porschla Coleman are no longer a couple. Splitsville eh?
Apparently all the trips to the beach and doing yoga wasn't enough for him. According to sources, Simmons recently called it splitsville, with a send off note in his Huffington Post blog that ran last Thursday. In his note, he congratulated Porschla for her recent certification in Jivamukti Yoga and gave her what reads like a glowing review before closing with “thank you for the inspiration.” So will we be seeing her as his date on the red carpet or will Kimora have a smile on her face?

MARIAH'S NEW MUSIC VIDEO

Mariah Carey's new single I'll Be Lovin' U Long Time is out for everyone to see. Seems like her last single really didn' do that well. So she did what she could and released another one asap. To make it more appealing she has T.I. on the song and video so that should spice things up and give her much wanted and needed plays. This album doesn't seem nearly as good as her last, but check out the video below..

MISS JONES GETS THE BOOT

New York radio station Hot 97 has fired morning drive talk show host Tarsha Jones (Miss Jones) and replaced her with radio personality Big Boy and MTV Entertainment reporter Luscious Liz Hernandez. "Big Boy has an unmatched reputation for being entertaining… he also has great relationships with artists," said Hot 97 programming director Ebro Darden. "Putting Big Boy on Hot 97 in New York City helps keep the high standard of radio happening for us." According to Darden, Miss Jones will work all of next week which will allow her enough time to bid farewell to her listeners. "Miss Jones is one of the hardest working radio people I have ever seen and she made history with Hot 97," said Darden. "Miss Jones will have the mic in mornings all of next week so that she is given her proper respect to tell her listeners how much she appreciates them and reminisce about how great this program has been." Miss Jones was recently named in a federal lawsuit filed by New York lawyer Kevin Hunter. It claimed rival radio personality Wendy Williams and her husband tried to hire a hitman to knock her off.

Seems more like she got the boot or quit. If she was fired they wouldn't give her the opportunity to bid her listeners a fair well. She was a tough cookie. We are sure some will miss her were others will be happy to see her go.

AMY WHINEHOUSE ELBOWS CROWD

Amy Whinehouse decided to go postal on the crowd when she was performing at Glastonbury on Saturday and took her elbow to punch a concert goer. There have been different reasons as to why this happened. Her rep claims someone grabbed her big beehive hair and she reacted. Others say they were pulling her into the crowd and grabbing at her breasts. Whatever the reason she reacted with an elbow and agreession in her voice as she sang. Check it out below.
